You will learn these 8 sales techniques through theory, exercises and real practical examples. If desired by the students, we also apply role play during the training. The result of this training is a comprehensive super skillset that allows you to noticeably increase your sales service performance by making more quality, more effective and easier appointments and selling. Because these sales techniques give you a lot of insight, it also leads to a working method that is very pleasant for all parties.

In addition, extra attention is given in this training to give insight and clarity to your customer or prospect with structure and control. This way you can better convince the customer that it is more profitable to purchase your products or services from you. And to create the perfect (customized) call script, specifically for your purpose and organization, and you will also learn some secrets of sales office sales.

In this sales technique you will learn in practice to build a great relationship and gain confidence.

3. SPIN

In this sales technique you learn with structure and control to give your customer more insight and clarity that it is more profitable to purchase your products and services. You also learn a way to make it easier for you and your client or prospect to make good arrangements.

4. SCIENCE

Originele en leerzame training die ik zeker aanbeveel en waar ik veel aan zal hebben. Trainer legt alles zeer duidelijk uit en is erg behulpzaam. Dit op een mooie makkelijk te bereiken locatie.

Duidelijke taal, kort en bondig. Graham is een ervaren trainer en kan zich goed inleven in de producten die wij verkopen. De training was op maat, naast verkoop training ook duidelijke uitleg over ZOHO.

We hebben in een goede volgorde verschillende verkooptechnieken doorgenomen met Graham. De training was echt heel concreet en zeker leerzaam. CRM syteem Zoho gewerkt en tegelijkertijd geupdated. Het enthousiasme van de trainer is besmettelijk. Wij gaan zeker verder met Graham als opleider van ons salesteam, goede manier om een optimale niveau te bereiken als topverkoper.

Een goede training met uitgebreid uitleg en genoeg ruimte om vragen te steelen. De trainer neemt zijn tijd om de technieken uit te leggen en heeft genoeg aandacht voor iedereen.

Graham verveelt geen seconde, hij weet met behulp van praktijkvoorbeelden en humor de verkoopmethodes aantrekkelijk en duidelijk te maken. Hij neemt indien gewenst ook de tijd om even wat dieper op sommige punten in te gaan.
