This training is aimed at learning, switching and combining 8 different sales techniques, each of which has proven their effectiveness in practice by telephone Sales & Acquisition.

You will learn these 8 sales techniques through theory, exercises and real practical examples. If desired by the students, we also apply role play during the training. The result of this training is a comprehensive super Skillset that you can noticeably increase your telephone commercial performance by making more quality, more effective and easier appointments and sales. Because these sales techniques give you a lot of insight, it also leads to a working method that is very pleasant for all parties.

In this training extra attention is given to the perfect (custom) call script, specifically for your purpose and organization. As a bonus, course participants also learn a number of secrets of telephone sales & acquisition.

This training is truly unique in the Netherlands and the learned techniques are directly applicable during your work.

This training is for both starters and experienced people as the level is adjusted per participant and there is of course the possibility to ask questions from your practical situations.

THE 8 DIFFERENT SALES TECHNIQUES:

In this sales technique you will learn practice-oriented with structure advisory sales (consultative selling). You will learn how to find out in a quick and easy way when you are not or when you are about to close an ORDER. Everything with the aim to make your client successful.

2. BLACKBOOK

In this sales technique you will learn in practice to build a great relationship and gain confidence.
You always receive the right attention. In doing so, you create client needs more easily and more easily.

3. SPIN

In this sales technique you learn with structure and control to give your customer more insight and clarity that it is more profitable to purchase your products and services. You also learn a way to make it easier for you and your client or prospect to make good arrangements.

4. SCIENCE

People buy from people. In this sales technique you can read a lot of scientific matters. You learn to sell technically and calculated. You will be introduced to great and interesting topics that have emerged from proven research.

We will then visit your company at national or international level (extra price) to train you and / or your colleagues in a targeted manner.     Hele interactieve training waarbij met veel uitleg gewerkt wordt. Daarnaast is er ook veel terugkoppeling naar de huidige praktijk en ook afgestemd op jouw eigen werk (dus dat er praktijkvoorbeelden van je eigen werk worden gebruikt) om je nog succesvoller te maken. Ik ga hiermee zeker meer succes creëren binnen mijn huidige baan.
