My international journey at Eastmen: Recruitment on both sides

Eastmen is a prime example of how complex and dynamic the world of international staffing is. I've been providing sales training and development for this organization for years, working towards a dual goal: retaining Dutch clients and attracting the right professionals.

In the Netherlands, I trained the teams in Dutch on acquisition and relationship management. To boost my international reach, I traveled to Budapest to deliver an intensive English-language sales training course . Recruiters from various Eastern European countries gathered there to master my 12 techniques and 11 scientific topics in a single day.

The challenge in Budapest was to teach professionals from diverse backgrounds to speak a common commercial language. Whether you're convincing a client in the Netherlands or a professional abroad, the psychology of directing remains the same. The fact that the management of Eastmen has become ambassadors for my method and I'm able to train these international groups is, for me, the ultimate proof that my approach delivers boundless results.
