Eastmen is a prime example of how complex and dynamic the world of international staffing is. I've been providing sales training and development for this organization for years, working towards a dual goal: retaining Dutch clients and attracting the right professionals.
In the Netherlands, I trained the teams in Dutch on acquisition and relationship management. To boost my international reach, I traveled to Budapest to deliver an intensive English-language sales training course . Recruiters from various Eastern European countries gathered there to master my 12 techniques and 11 scientific topics in a single day.
The challenge in Budapest was to teach professionals from diverse backgrounds to speak a common commercial language. Whether you're convincing a client in the Netherlands or a professional abroad, the psychology of directing remains the same.
