Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy
At Graham Hulsebos Sales Training, we strive for the highest customer satisfaction and transparency. Are you a private consumer? Then you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. For business-to-business (B2B) agreements, our general terms and conditions apply.
Important Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Due to the nature of our digital products and services, please note the following legal exceptions that take effect as soon as you complete your purchase:
- Digital Content (E-learning & Sales E-books): During the checkout process, you provide express consent for the immediate delivery of digital content and expressly declare to waive your right of withdrawal. This means you no longer have the right to withdraw once the personal access link to the e-learning has been sent to you or the e-book has been downloaded.
- Services (Classroom & In-company Training): If a training session takes place at your request within the 14-day withdrawal period, you agree during checkout that you waive your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
For physical products (such as the sales posters) or services where you have not yet waived your right, you must inform us within 14 days of receipt or the conclusion of the agreement. This can be done in writing by post to our office in Almere or via [email protected].
