Does your field team drive from appointment to appointment without the conversion you want?

A client visit should never be casual. Is margin given away too easily just to close the deal, or does your team know exactly how to defend value at the table? As best sales trainer in the Netherlands 2025, I teach your team how to lead the conversation with confidence at the table. It all starts with a free commercial intake to tailor the training to your market and product portfolio.

Does this sound familiar in your team?

Are client visits mostly filled with product explanations instead of the right questions? Does your team give in on price too quickly to avoid losing the deal? And does your team know how to use body language and presence deliberately when walking into a new client meeting?

From visit to result

During this in-company sales training for field sales, we implement the 12 sales techniques and 11 scientific topics, focused on face-to-face interaction. Your team learns how to turn every client visit into results, an approach that has proven its value at 27 organisations that have already trained.

  • Negotiating at a higher level: you learn how to defend your margin and use the right closing techniques to reach a decision
  • Body language and presence: you learn how posture and energy build trust immediately when you walk in to meet a client
  • Strategic questioning methodology: you master consultative selling by asking the right questions that help the client reach a decision
  • Lasting retention: your team keeps its commercial edge through the AI Sales e-learning and support of my digital twin

What it costs and how it works

For the in-company training at your location, I use a base rate of 1,875 euros for up to 6 participants. For each additional participant above 6, up to a maximum of 12 people, 312.50 euros per person is added, up to a maximum of 3,750 euros for 12 participants. We train using your own customer cases and decision-making structures so the content is immediately relevant.

Team smaller than 6 people? For the best return, I recommend the classroom open enrolment instead.

"In field sales, it's not the one who simply shows up who wins, but the one who deliberately steers the conversation toward a profitable close." — Graham Hulsebos

What does this deliver for you concretely?

For some this means finally higher conversion per client visit instead of non-committal conversations. For others it means margins that hold instead of being given away to close the deal. Someone else simply wants a team that walks into client meetings with more confidence. Which of these resonates most with your team?
